This 152,000-square foot parking lot received a 2-inch mill, which is the removal of the top 2 inches of the lot, followed by an overlay. An overlay, in this case, was the laying down of new asphalt. The job also involved striping which, as you can see, turned out great! This parking lot revamp also included ADA modifications at an M&D Bank, a free-standing building on Kmart’s property.
How did we get such great shots? Drone photography! Drone and aerial photography offers a better perspective from the sky because the higher elevation is better able to capture just how large the landscape is.
